From 2011

When Alex was in the hospital in August of 2011, the art therapy lady came by to paint a picture with him. He directed her as to what to paint.

 Alex asked her to paint a John Deere tractor (Ryan likes them) riding on a camo road (Aaron likes army stuff) and place a Barbie driving the rig (Grace loves Barbies). 

I think the art therapy lady did an excellent job:)
